Pembrokeshire Corgis
Both of our Corgi's work on the farm helping to round up our herd of Friesian diary cows, which need milking twice a day and are rounded up with the younger cattle when needed. They have registered names and kennel names, the kennel name is the name they answer to. The registered names are those on their pedigree certificates.

Corgis have been known to be in existence since 920 AD, they have always been used by drovers to herd cattle. They were at their most popular from 14th to 18th century. They became Kennel Club registered in 1928 and recognised as 2 breeds, Pembroke and Cardigan in 1934.  They are in the Pastoral group and categorised as small dogs.
